Religion is a huge part of the world of Baldur's Gate 3. The pantheon of gods in Feyrun play a major role in the story itself, from the Shar-worshipping cleric Shadowheart to various churches, temples, and relics in the game. Players can pick a deity to worship in-game during character creation for role play.

Baldur's Gate 3: Should You Make A Deal With Raphael?
Raphael offers you a deal to remove your Illithid tadpole. But should you trust him and take the bargain? This guide breaks down what can happen.
The gods in Baldur's Gate 3 are very much real and can grant powerful boons to savvy characters. Or, if you step on a few toes, you might invoke their ire. The Stormshore Tabernacle is a house of worship to skirt the favor of your god of choice.
Where To Find The Stormshore Tabernacle
The Stormshore Tabernacle can be found in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act 3. The house of worship can be found closest to the Basilisk Gate waypoint in the northeastern section of the Lower City. You may wander upon the Stormshore Tabernacle as you explore the largest setting in the game, or as part of the wizard Gale's companion quest: The Wizard of Waterdeep.
The Statue Of The Gods
You can make offerings to various deities at the Statue of the Gods to be granted the condition Anointed In Splendor once per day. This condition will grant the character a +2 to all saving throws until their next long rest, and it can be granted multiple times. Your offering will depend on your character level and the difficulty level of the game. For example, a level 1 character would only need to offer 400 gold, but a level 11 or 12 character would need to offer a whopping 4,500 gold. The Statue of the Gods is a conduit to any of the gods except Helm, Selune, Mystra, and Tyr, who each have their own respective statues to take offerings.

Baldur's Gate 3: How To Disable The Steel Watch
The mechanical Steel Watch are dangeroud automatons that stand between you and defeating Gortash. Here is how to disable them in Baldur's Gate 3.
The Basem*nt
The basem*nt of the Stormshore Tabernacle can be found by going through an ornate wooden hatch, found at (X: 103, Y: -30). Here you'll find many traps and plenty of chests to loot if you're foolish enough to steal from the gods. If you loot a chest you'll get the Castigated By Divinity condition, which is a curse. If you fall unconscious, you die immediately rather than making saving throws. A Deva, a celestial entity, will spawn from the dead character's body.
Removing Castigated By Divinity with Remove Curse will spawn one Deva, just like if the character dies. If the character is healer or takes a short or long rest, two Devas will spawn. If Shadowheart has been committed to Shar and has become a Dark Justiciar she will spawn Cambions instead of Devas. Devas are nothing to sneeze at unless you're very late in the game. Fighting a Deva doesn't yield much of a reward on its own, as the Deva has the feature Permanently Armed, meaning you cannot take its very powerful Deva Mace for yourself.
Deva Stats
Stat | Score | Ability | Effect |
Strength | 18 (+4) | Opportunity Attack | Use a reaction to make a melee attack on an enemy moving out of melee range. |
Dexterity | 18 (+4) | Permanently Armed | Creature cannot be disarmed. |
Constitution | 18 (+4) | HP | 136 |
Intelligence | 17 (+3) | AC | 21 |
Wisdom | 20 (+5) | Initiative | +8 |
Charisma | 20 (+5) | Resistances | Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning, Radiant Damage |
